For nearly twenty years, Wendy has helped attract top talent, influence and earn a seat at any table, in addition to transforming organizations. Early in her career, she assisted business owners, doctors, dentists, attorneys, and many other professionals and executives supporting seasoned advisors to achieve their financial goals. Wendy provides her leaders with compassion, knowledge and experience to develop and implement holistic, comprehensive financial strategies to help them achieve professional mastery.

Beginning with her second year in the industry, she had qualified annually for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table. Since 2002, Wendy has acted as a Chief Strategy and Development Officer throughout New England as well as Regional Vice President of field-force and distribution for several New England Firms. She has been responsible for the growth and development of net field force and developing talented financial advisors. While recruiting and selecting talent and developing top elite leaders, helping them personally, professionally and financially develop their own life of significance. She has built, developed and lead large field distribution teams and grew financial planning and investments hitting significant benchmarks.
As a 46-year-old executive, she is just arriving at her peak performance years and is looking for the next journey in her professional resume. She recently joined in partnership with a local Tampa Florida based firm. Congruently, she is passionate about building out a national women’s mastermind, called, Women’s Business Accelerator.
The Women’s Business Accelerator Movement came together to unite women in financial services to support and mentor each other. By giving mentorship they can take their business to the top level and break the glass ceiling. When Women start earning more money they will reach out and help other women. The servant leadership will make our word a better place to live.
Wendy recently completed a five-year term on the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) New England Board, served as a member of the Women’s Business Owner Network, the Boston Chamber of Commerce, and the board of the North Country Federal Credit Unit. She currently participates in The Executive’s Club of Chicago. Wendy and her husband, Eric, moved to the Tampa Area from Chicago. The couple has three young adult children: Ryan, Colby and Haley. Wendy keeps active outdoors boating and jet skiing with family and their many friends.
